Coatings
"Shield Your Vessel, Sail with Confidence"
  • Superior Protection Against Harsh Elements – Marine coatings create a durable barrier against saltwater, UV rays, oxidation, and algae buildup, preventing long-term damage and corrosion.

  • Enhanced Performance & Efficiency – A smooth, coated surface reduces drag, improving fuel efficiency and overall vessel performance while maintaining a sleek, polished look.

  • Long-Lasting Shine & Easy Maintenance – High-quality coatings keep your boat looking pristine with minimal upkeep, making cleaning easier and extending the life of your vessel’s exterior.

Why Coating?

Our Process

  1. Initial Inspection – We begin with a thorough inspection of your boat or yacht’s surface to assess its current condition, identifying oxidation, scratches, or contaminants that need to be addressed before coating application.

  2. Deep Cleaning & Decontamination – A comprehensive wash using marine-safe cleaners removes dirt, salt, and grime. We then apply an iron/fallout remover to eliminate embedded metal particles, followed by a clay bar treatment to ensure a smooth, contaminant-free surface.

  3. Paint Correction & Polishing – To restore the surface, we perform a multi-stage paint correction process that removes oxidation, swirl marks, and imperfections. This is followed by high-grade polishing to enhance gloss, depth, and smoothness, ensuring a flawless finish before coating application.

  4. Surface Preparation –  A final isopropyl alcohol (IPA) wipe-down is performed to remove any residual oils or waxes, allowing for maximum bonding of the coating.

  5. Application of High-Grade Marine Coating – We apply a premium, long-lasting marine coating (such as ceramic or graphene-based) to create a protective, hydrophobic barrier against saltwater, oxidation, UV rays, and contaminants. This enhances the gloss, durability, and ease of maintenance of your vessel’s surface.

  6. Curing & Final Inspection – The coating is given the necessary curing time for maximum hardness and durability. A final inspection ensures an even application, and we provide aftercare guidance to maintain the longevity of the coating.

This process guarantees long-term protection, improved aesthetics, and reduced maintenance efforts, keeping your boat or yacht in pristine condition for years to come.
